I am responsible for new business opportunities and expanding our current client base within retail in the Netherlands. Besides the sales process I support our clients in getting the most out of our solutions and helping out wherever needed. This means I am so much more than just selling one of our great solutions, I feel I can actually help our clients perform better.
Retail is a challenging sector at the moment which makes my job a whole lot more interesting. I believe my experience in retail and my customer focus approach allows me to build valuable relationships with our clients.

The term sales is a business discipline which is focused on the practical application of sales techniques and the management of our sales operations. To me sales, particularly in retail, is the most important business function within our company.
On a daily basis this means I get to sell the wonderful products and services we as a company offer our clients. And after all sales I get to stay involved in after sales and account management, which is a great part of my job.

Passion & Inspiration
I have a drive for success and am always eager to win. This is visible on the tennis court for example, where I really don’t like to lose. Or during coaching sessions at soccer club Noordwijk, where I am an active member. But also, at the job. What I love most about my job is that every day is a new opportunity for me. Working with an interesting, ambitious group of people keeps me going and gives me a lot of energy. The moment I get to offer my clients the best solutions, which I know is going to help them achieve their goals, that is what is the most rewarding part of my job.
My role in improving the business is to be enthusiastic in all areas. My goal is to help PFM become a leading supplier in counting solutions in retail. I believe we have the knowledge, experience and the passion to achieve this.

THe best thing
Since I joined the company in 2010, there have been so many improvements our retail sales. We have strong relationships with large retail chains and we are valued as a partner. I will always focus on keeping these strong relationships and at the same time expand our business in new exciting opportunities.
