Let me start by saying I have to update my profile picture... And now the more interesting part of me. I am responsible for all things related to the people who work for us, such as recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training, learning and so much more. I started at PFM as a financial administrator, where I still help out on a weekly basis. At the same time, I got the opportunity to learn all about HR, which is my passion!

The term human resources management is a contemporary, umbrella term used to describe the management and development of employees in an organization. Also called personnel or talent management. HR management involves overseeing all things related to managing an organization’s human capital. That basically means I get to work with our own people, which let’s be honest, is the nicest thing you can do within a company!

Passion & Inspiration

I really am a people person. It’s all about personal relationships. Especially the one I have with my 19-year-old son. We have been together since he was young, which made our bond extremely strong. Besides I love to go out and meet new people.

What I love most about my job is that I get to work with people. I help my colleagues find out what they want to achieve and help them set goals. Besides I am involved in developing and administering programs that are designed to increase the effectiveness of our organisation. This includes the entire spectrum of creating, managing, and cultivating the employer-employee relationship.

I am happy to have been given the chance to develop myself in human resources. This gives me so much energy and helps me to motivate my colleagues too. I look forward to developing further in our organisation, especially on an international level. So many more nice things to come!
