Norah is a Dutch brand that offers fashion in sizes 36 to 48. It is a fast growing company with a lot of ambition. With a collection of trendy dresses, wearable shirts and tops, basic cardigans and shirts available in basic and seasonal colours. You can combine the denim collection of Norah endlessly! With so much to choose from, everyone can find something of their liking. What makes Norah so special is that the entire process from design to the final product is done in-house. Norah's designers keep a close eye on the latest trends and work hard on new items. With new arrivals every week, Norah always surprises and inspires. The collections are characterized by the variety of prints, materials and colours that fit within the fashion image of the season. Items that allow you to create your own style for every occasion. And all that for attractive prices. Meanwhile, Norah has almost 50 stores in the Netherlands.
At the beginning of this year we were approached by Norah, because they wanted to professionalize the business. The request towards PFM was therefore to install people counting systems in their nearly 50 stores (spread across the Netherlands) to gain more insight into conversion. Before the order was given for all stores, Norah first wanted to see what PFM could mean for Norah.
At the end of February we ran a test case with 4 Norah stores over the course of 6 weeks. After the evaluation at the end of April, Norah decided to proceed with PFM and gave the ‘ok’ for the rollout of all 47 Norah stores. In the beginning of May we started with the installation of the first store. At the end of this month we are finishing the installation of the last store.
The PFM solution provides Norah with important insights into the number of visitors in all their stores. They have information on how many shoppers visited each and every Norah store. This data is used to improve their store performance.
The entrepreneurial character of Norah and the ambitions of PFM are a perfect match. As a result the cooperation has been very positive for both parties. Read more about the Norah and their developments here.
