The first conversation between C&A and PFM was in the early 90s. C&A wanted to map visitor numbers per store for effective staff planning. Here too the main focus was to offer their customers an optimal customer experience. 

Solution & Results 
C&A today has over 1500 European stores equipped with a PFM footfall counters. Visitor numbers are collected centrally at the headquarters in Düsseldorf. The management of each store receives daily reports with information about visitor numbers. Based on this data, effective staff planning is applied in every store. In addition, information about visitor numbers provides more insight into the conversion per store.
